I spent a recent Saturday morning strolling through the French Quarter and Faubourg Marigny with the charming Victor and Andrea. Their January 2010 wedding will take place in Miami, the town in which they met. Thanks to a couple of hours of their time, they'll be able to show their international family of loved ones a slice of life in their current city of New Orleans.
